Subscriptions

Second Hello Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, yearly or monthly. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase or, with a free trial, when the trial ends. It renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. A free trial is offered once per Apple ID; any unused part of a trial ends when you subscribe.

Second Hello is skills practice, not therapy, medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It does not replace a professional. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services; in the US, call or text 988.

Your safety

Challenges happen in real life. Use your judgment, and skip any challenge that feels unsafe or wrong for you. Skipping always costs nothing.

You must be 18 or older to use Second Hello.
